Happy new year... 2022

New year 12o’clock used to be very special,

Yesterday however I slept through and was woken up by friends at 12 ☺...

 

New year resolutions used to be big deal,

Today however, I am easy on myself and feel the flow....

 

New year used to be a list of achievements to be got,

Today however, I am happy if I am able to express myself without being lost....

 

New year always came with a lot of applause and loud noise,

Today however, I am okay with little warmth of love and a blanket of silence....

 

New year was a fresh start after 365 days that have gone by,

Today however, each day is new with possibilities and options yet to come by....
